1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid annual access to EchoBuddy Edu educational materials provided by Sole Proprietor Liliya Aletdinova, INN 020800738304.
The current annual access price is $199 USD per year and includes access to all materials available on edu.echobud.net during the active subscription period.
2. Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial annual purchase. Refunds requested after 14 calendar days are generally not available unless required by applicable law.
If a subscription renewal is charged, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the renewal charge if you have not substantially used the service after the renewal date.
3. When refunds may be declined
We may decline a refund request if:
- The request is made after the refund window.
- The account was used to copy, share, resell, or abuse the materials.
- The account violated our Terms of Service.
- The purchase was already refunded, charged back, or reversed.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email info@echobud.net with the email address used for purchase, the order or invoice number if available, and a short reason for the request.
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank and card processing times may vary.
5. Duplicate or accidental payments
If you believe you were charged twice or paid by mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the payment records and correct confirmed duplicate or accidental charges.
6. Access after refund
If a refund is approved, your paid access to EchoBuddy Edu may be cancelled or reduced immediately after the refund is processed.
