These Terms of Service govern your access to Echo School, EchoBuddy Edu, and related educational materials provided by Sole Proprietor Liliya Aletdinova, INN 020800738304 ("we", "us", or "EchoBuddy").
By creating an account, purchasing access, or using our educational materials, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
EchoBuddy Edu is a self-paced online educational software platform for echocardiography learning. The annual plan provides access to all educational materials available on edu.echobud.net during the active subscription period.
The materials may include pre-recorded lessons, de-identified educational examples, quizzes, browser-based practice exercises, and other general learning resources.
3. Educational use only
Our materials are provided for general education and self-paced learning only. EchoBuddy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, patient consultations, review of user-submitted patient cases, professional supervision, regulated healthcare services, or patient-specific recommendations.
The service is not intended for clinical decision-making, patient care, certification, licensing, or compliance with professional training requirements. Do not upload or submit patient data to EchoBuddy.
4. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used fraudulently, shared with other people, used to copy platform materials, or used in a way that harms the service or other users.
5. Pricing, payment, and subscription term
The EchoBuddy Edu annual access plan costs $199 USD per year. Payment terms, taxes, and checkout details are shown before purchase.
A subscription gives access for one year from the date of purchase unless the checkout or account page states otherwise. If renewal is enabled, you can manage renewal according to the payment provider's checkout and account-management flow.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing access.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, lessons, videos, texts, images, educational examples, design, trademarks, and other materials are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use them for your own learning while your access is active.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, scrape, record, or make derivative products from the materials without our written permission.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, remove, or reorganize materials to improve the platform and keep the content current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any clinical, professional, business, or financial decisions made based on educational materials. EchoBuddy is educational software and is not a healthcare provider.
